Is there a luxury concierge service in Big Sky Montana?
Yes. CRU Concierge is the only dedicated standalone luxury concierge service in Big Sky and Bozeman, Montana. Unlike hotel concierge services that serve only their own guests, or property management companies that serve only their own properties, CRU operates independently and serves any guest regardless of where they are staying — private homes, luxury rentals, vacation properties, or resort accommodations.
How much does a luxury concierge in Montana cost?
CRU Concierge charges a non-refundable planning fee based on length of stay. A 20% service fee is added to all vendor costs coordinated through CRU. All services are available à la carte — guests pay only for what they choose.
What packages does CRU Concierge offer?
CRU Concierge offers three ways to experience Montana. The Estate Ready Package has your resort suite or private home stocked before you arrive, with groceries, bar, florals, firewood, ski gear delivery, and a pre-arrival walkthrough. The Curated Concierge Experience includes Estate Ready and plans your entire stay, from private jet charter and tarmac-to-door transportation to preferred resort rates, private chefs, dining, and signature experiences like backcountry skiing, fly fishing, and Yellowstone tours. The CRU Occasion orchestrates your anniversary, birthday, surprise party, or private celebration from start to finish, including chef, wine, bartending, florals, décor, and vendors. All three are available across Big Sky, Bozeman, and the surrounding Montana resort corridor
When is CRU Concierge available?
CRU Concierge operates year-round across all four Montana seasons — winter ski season from December through March, spring fly fishing season in April and May, summer Yellowstone and outdoor season from June through August, and fall hunting season from September through November.

CRU Concierge serves the Bozeman and Big Sky Montana corridor including Big Sky Resort, Moonlight Basin, Bridger Bowl, downtown Bozeman, Gallatin Valley, and surrounding ranch and outdoor areas.
