CRU Concierge provides ultra-luxury personal concierge services in Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana, backed by exclusive and preferred partnerships with the region's top luxury transportation and a private jet charter — including custom itinerary curation that starts from transportation from tarmac to your mountain home, private jet charter, private chef and in-home dining, grocery and pantry stocking, guided fly fishing on the Gallatin and Madison rivers, ski butler and private instruction at Big Sky Resort, snowmobile & Yellowstone National Park private tours, horseback and ranch experiences, in-home wellness and Reiki, custom floral, personal shopping, childcare, event planning, hunting season coordination and the list goes on.
Is there a luxury concierge service in Big Sky Montana?
Yes. CRU Concierge is the only dedicated standalone luxury concierge service in Big Sky and Bozeman, Montana. Unlike hotel concierge services that serve only their own guests, or property management companies that serve only their own properties, CRU operates independently and serves any guest regardless of where they are staying — private homes, luxury rentals, vacation properties, or resort accommodations.
How much does a luxury concierge in Montana cost?
CRU Concierge charges a non-refundable planning fee based on length of stay. A 20% service fee is added to all vendor costs coordinated through CRU. All services are available à la carte — guests pay only for what they choose.
When is CRU Concierge available?
CRU Concierge operates year-round across all four Montana seasons — winter ski season from December through March, spring fly fishing season in April and May, summer Yellowstone and outdoor season from June through August, and fall hunting season from September through November.

CRU Concierge serves the Bozeman and Big Sky Montana corridor including Big Sky Resort, Moonlight Basin, Bridger Bowl, downtown Bozeman, Gallatin Valley, and surrounding ranch and outdoor areas.
